Eaten at 16:58

This morning's was a lacklustre meal, which seems appropriate after last night. I slept in later than I could have done with, and so felt like I needed to rush through eating to catch up with time.

Having finished off not one but two boxes of cereal this week, it was clearly time for a newcomer to step onto the scene. Coco pops it was, something that I hadn't had in quite a long time. But if you're buying breakfast in ScotMid at midnight and it's buy one get one free, there's no thinking twice. They were reasonably tasty, but I always find they lose their chocolatey covering too soon, but that the milk doesn't really gain anything for it. This is probably why I haven't had coco pops in such a long time, although I'm going to have to learn to love them for now, I suppose. Because of their hollow rice nature, however, they almost necessitate a second bowlful; usually I'd see this as a disgraceful money-making wheeze, but when I got twice as much for the same price, I see it as a good excuse to eat more. Breakfast was accompanied by a fairly good cup of coffee, though with maybe a little too much espresso compared to the water.

If this is the worst breakfast I have all week, it can't have been too bad a time.
