I have a theory that there is a north-south cheese divide in England, similar to the wealth divide and so I have decided to test my theory and to see if it applies to other areas. When I say cheese divide, I mean that people from the north tend to prefer harder cheeses, but people from the south like softer ones; it's really that simple.
